8/30/07- Delhi Twp commercial building fire, 3100 Pine Tree Rd

On Thursday, August 30, 2007 at 5:57 AM, Delhi Township firefighters were dispatched to a reported structure fire at the dead end of Pine Tree Rd north of I-96, called in by a person passing by on the highway. When the fire department arrived, fire was burning through the roof of a two story U-shaped office building. Mutual aid was requested from the Lansing Fire Department which responded with two engines and a truck company. This quickly became a defensive attack because of the compromised roof structure.
