3/16/22 - Lansing car vs building, 5025 S. Cedar

The Lansing Fire Department responded to a car vs building crash at approximately 6:20 PM on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. On arrival, Fire & EMS crews quickly determined there were no injuries. Hazards were checked and the structural integrity of the building was inspected. Firefighters were asked to gain entry into the trunk of the car for the driver to remove their property before the vehicle was towed. After the car was removed from the front of the building, firefighters removed the rest of the damaged plate glass, then turned over the scene to a board-up crew.
