2/1/19 - Jackson smoke investigation, 1103 N Blackstone

The Jackson and Summit Township fire departments responded to a report of smoke in the basement of 1103 N. Blackstone at approximately 12:40 PM on Friday, February 1, 2019. Jackson firefighters arrived quickly with enhanced staffing due to call back crews from a previous fire. It was quickly determined there was no active fire, automatic aid was cancelled and personnel ventilated the building to help mitigate the problem
