8/8/16 - Leslie field fire, 5250 Jackson Rd

At 4:20 PM on the afternoon of Monday, August 8, 2016, the Leslie Fire Department handled a field fire in tall grass behind 5250 Jackson Rd. First arriving 743 went to the head of the fire while second in 746 handled the slower burning grass when they arrived. Firefighters were able to bring the fire under control in a short time.
