6/15/15 - Eaton Rapids Twp extrication training

During the evening of Monday, June 15, 2015, the Eaton Rapids Township Fire Department hosted extrication training at a local farm. Firefighters from Eaton Rapids, Eaton Rapids Township and Hamlin Township participated, splitting into two groups with each group assigned to a scenario of a car vs agricultural equipment with entrapment. Representatives from Shroyer Towing and First Due Fire Supply were also on hand to demonstrate some specialized equipment. The training was conducted indoors for protection from extreme weather conditions.
