6/11/19 - Charlotte barn fire, 4462 Mills Hwy

At around 7 PM on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, the Charlotte Fire Department responded to a barn fire at 4462 Mills Hwy. Smoke from this fire was visible for miles, when firefighters arrived the small barn structure was fully engulfed. A defensive attack was used to knock down the flames. The Eaton Rapids and Eaton Rapids Township fire departments were requested for mutual aid tankers.
