5/19/18 - Eaton Rapids Twp training burn, 6100 block of Bell Hwy

On Saturday morning, May 19, 2018, the Eaton Rapids Township Fire Department hosted a live burn training exercise of a house in the 6100 block of Bell Hwy. Several exercises were completed with individual room sets which were extinguished and ventilated. The final room set was extinguished, but not completely. This fire was allowed to reignite along with additional fire sets in the basement to burn the structure down.
