6/21/14 - Onondaga mobile home fire, 3901 Annis Rd

The Onondaga Fire Department with auto aid from the Leslie Fire Department responded to a mobile home fire at 3901 Annis Rd just before 8:20 AM on Saturday, June 21, 2014. First arriving command reported heavy fire showing from a mobile home and requested an additional tanker from the Mason Fire Department. Leslie firefighters arrived on scene first and dropped a 2-1/2 inch supply line to the street and a 2-1/2 for initial fire attack on the slow moving fire. Additional lines were stretched as more personnel arrived on scene. The trailer was unoccupied and just used for storage, so firefighters were not put at risk during operations. The fire departments were on the scene for approximately 90 minutes.
