12/21/14 - Leslie house fire, 409 Pennsylvania
At 12:44 AM on Sunday, December 21, 2014, the Leslie Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire at 409 Pennsylvania St. Automatic aid was dispatched for the Onondaga Fire Department, Lansing-Mason Ambulance Service and Ingham Co Sheriff Rescue air unit to also respond. First arriving command confirmed a working fire and requested additional assistance from the Mason & Dansville fire departments. Several clues on scene pointed to the home possibly being occupied so the first arriving Leslie crews split into two teams, attacking the fire at the rear of the home and entering the structure for primary search. Visible fire involving the exterior of the back of the house and extension into the attic was quickly controlled. Primary, secondary and additional searches found only pets inside the home. No firefighters were injured, a fire investigator was requested to respond to determine the cause. http://www.michiganfireground.com/Fire/2012-Incidents/21412-Leslie-basement-fire-409/21472679_stTPmF#!i=1711515821&k=DhqRCvz
