7/24/12 - Rives-Tompkins Twp house fire, 3243 Perrine Rd

Around 8 PM on Tuesday, July 24, 2012, the Rives-Tompkins Township Fire Department responded to a house fire at 3242 Perrine Rd. First arriving personnel were confronted by a 1 story ranch style home heavily charged with smoke. Mutual aid was requested from the Henrietta Township Fire Department for manpower and the Onondaga Fire Department for a tanker. Firefighters entered the home and made a quick knockdown of the fire before mutual aid companies arrived. All departments assisted with ventilation and overhaul before clearing the scene.
