6/24/12 - Onondaga live burn training exercise, 5398 Hunt Rd

On Sunday morning, June 24, 2012, the Onondaga Fire Department hosted a live burn training session utilizing a house at 5398 Hunt Rd. Several small sets were done to be extinguished and the house was then allowed to burn when one of the sets extended into the attic. Tankers and personnel from the Leslie, Mason, Onondaga and SAESA (Stockbridge) fire departments provided a tanker shuttle to supply water. Several out buildings needed to be protected while the house was burned.
